I was badly let down by a local supplier of musical instruments who despite repeated promises, failed to supply a Cort A 5 guitar as arranged . They could/would not supply an alternative, as were virtually all the major musical instrument suppliers in Jo'burg. Their attitude was, " If we don't have it in stock, tough!" A friend suggested I try Muz.co.za, an internet distributor of musical instruments and equipment based in Cape Town. What a difference! Yuri Kuprashou went out of his way to try to track down the original guitar I wished to buy and, when he was unsuccessful, came up with a number of alternatives, from which I selected the Cort B5 . He was helpful & courteous & kept every single commitment he made, whether it was to call me back or email me. I ordered the guitar on Tuesday and it was safely delivered via FedEx on Friday morning. Throughout the swift , flawless execution of my order, I was kept fully informed of the progress. I know from whom I'll be buying all my musical requirements from now on!
