We deliver throughout South Africa, usually within 1-5 working days subject to availability of goods and receipt of payment. Customers living in major centres can expect shorter delivery times.
Cost of Delivery:
Pricing on the website is inclusive of VAT, but does not include shipping costs. Shipping cost is calculated on checkout and will be displayed during the checkout process.
Shipping rates determined by subtotal of merchandise:
- R1 to R998.00 - ONLY R39.00 (To-Counter)
- R1 to R998.00 - ONLY R49.00 (To-Door)
- R999.00 and over is FREE*
*Large packages such a P.A. and guitar cabinets may require additional shipping charges
When you 'Checkout' you will have the choice of two different shipping options. 'Post (To-counter delivery)' means your order will be shipped to the Post Office Counter that is nearest to you. 'Courier Service (To-Door Delivery)' means your order will be shipped to your door. Insurance is included in shipping costs.
Shipping costs are free on orders over R999.
Order confirmation
When you submit your order to us, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order and are processing it.
Shipping confirmation
You will then receive a second email from us at some point to notify you as soon as your order has been shipped.
Item not in stock
We strive to have our products available for immediate shipment. On rare occasions, due to popularity and high demand some products may be on back order. We will take all necessary steps to advise you in a prompt manner if this situation occurs. If you wish to cancel the order at this stage, you will be given the opportunity.
Export Restrictions:
At the moment we only ship to addresses within South Africa.
Warranty:
All our products are sourced from the official South African manufacturer's representative.
- You get the full manufacturers warranty (this is generally a minimum of 1 year extending to a lifetime warranty for certain products).
- Any warranty repairs and / or replacements are carried out in the minimum of time.
- Any warranty repairs are carried out by the manufacturers official representative in South Africa and by trained technicians.
- After the warranty period, the manufacturers representative in South Africa will still provide a repair service by a trained technician subject to a fee.
- If an item purchased from Muz.co.za is defective or fails within the manufacturer's warranty period, it may be returned for repair or replacement at no charge. Please make use of the "Return Request Form". Once the form has been completed Muz.co.za will make arrangments to have the faulty item collected from you and returned for repair. Once the item has been repaired it will be returned back to you. Usually this process takes 7-14 working days. However in certain cases (such as due to the availability of spares) the repair period may be longer. We will notify you via e-mail if there will be such a delay.
