Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We currently accept payment with Visa, MasterCard, EFT and Bank Transfers. Our Banking Details can be found here. Please note that when you pay by credit card you will be redirected to the secure payment gateway Monsterpay.com.
Q: What is Monsterpay and why do we use them?
A: Monsterpay is an online transaction processor with millions transactions per year. We use Monsterpay because they are highly trusted, safe and secure. To learn more about Monsterpay's services, visit their website.
Q: I do not have a Monsterpay account, what do I do?
A: When using our secure cart check-out there is a form that says "I am a new customer". Simply fill in the necessary fields and you will be able to complete the transaction without delay.
Q: I do have a Monsterpay account, what do I do?
A: When using our secure cart check-out simply enter your Monsterpay username and password and click Login. Your payment will be safely made from your Monsterpay account.
Q: Do you ship products outside of South Africa?
A: We currently ship products only within South Africa. We will be shipping our products internationally soon.
Q: What are your methods of shipping?
A: We use Post Office, Speed Services Couriers, Triton Express and FedEx/Supaswift to ship most orders. Regional orders take 1 to 2 days, national orders take 3 to 5 days.
Q: How are shipping rates determined for your products?
A: Shipping rates determined by subtotal of merchandise:
- R1 to R998.00 - ONLY R39.00 (To-Counter)
- R1 to R998.00 - ONLY R49.00 (To-Door)
- R999.00 and over is FREE*
*Large packages such a P.A. and guitar cabinets may require additional shipping charges
Q: Do you insure the products you ship against loss/damage?
A: We insure every parcel we ship.
Q: What if I am looking for product, but there is no such in MUZ's catalog?
A: Just let us know what are you looking for and we'll do our best to get it for you!
Q: Do you match competitor's prices?
A: Yes we do! If you find a lower advertised price from any authorized South African dealer, please contact us. We will match any verifiable advertised price!
