Q: What payment methods do you accept if I want the item delivered?
A: EFT and DIRECT CASH DEPOSIT We currently accept payment with EFT and Bank Transfers. Our Banking Details can be found here.
CREDIT CARD We are unable to absorb credit card charges with the high discounts we offer. You can have your bank transfer the amount from your budget account to your current account and then make an eft payment adding to the cart on each product page . This still effectively enables you to get the full cash discount from us using your budget facility.
As goods are only released after up to 5 days on approval of credit cards, EFT (internet banking transfer ) is in any event much quicker being immediate release of goods.
Also Internet Bank Transfer or direct bank transfer means you can wait until you pay for us to confirm stock after your order has been placed as per :
Q./ How will we know there is stock before I pay for DOOR to DOOR ONLINE ORDERS ?
A./ The vast majority of items are in stock - nevertheless to be very sure we prefer after you place your order you DO NOT MAKE PAYMENT until we advise of stock - we will call you or SMS you if you are unavailable or email. we normally do this within 2 hours of orders received working hours/working days

Q: Do you ship products outside of South Africa?
A: namibia Botswana /swaziland/zimbabwe residents can collect at COURIER DEPOTS close to the border on the south african side.
Q: What are your methods of shipping?
A: We use Post Office, Speed Services Couriers, Triton Express and FedEx/Supaswift to ship most orders. Regional orders take 1 to 2 days, national orders take 3 to 5 days.

A: Shipping rates determined by subtotal of merchandise:
- R1 to R998.00 - ONLY R51.00 (To-Counter)
- R1 to R998.00 - ONLY R85.00 (To-Door)
- R999.00 and over is FREE* courier
*Large packages such a P.A. and guitar cabinets may require additional shipping charges
